- The £250+VAT Gift Voucher (“Voucher”) is issued by Time & Leisure Media (“the Publisher”) and can be redeemed towards digital advertising services provided by the Publisher within Time & Leisure Media digital publications.
- The Voucher is valid only when a minimum spend of £250+VAT on digital advertising services is made with the Publisher at the current rate card prices.
- The Voucher is not applicable in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise stated by the Publisher.
- Only one Voucher can be redeemed per business entity.
- The Voucher cannot be redeemed against campaigns already booked.
- The Voucher is valid until 31st December 2024. After this date, the Voucher will be considered null and void.
- The Voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- The Voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the business entity to which it is issued.
- The Publisher reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or refuse to honor the Voucher if it suspects any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Voucher.
- The Publisher reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the Voucher scheme at any time without prior notice.
- By redeeming the Voucher, the business entity agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
- The decision of the Publisher regarding any aspect of the Voucher, including but not limited to its issuance, redemption, and termination, shall be final and binding.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By redeeming the Voucher, the business entity acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
