Group Media Sales Manager
We are looking for a Group Media Sales Manager with experience of selling display advertising and knowledge of lifestyle magazines or local press.
Time & Leisure is a multi-platform publishing business, offering advertising solutions in SW London and Surrey. We have been established 25 years and enjoy great relationships with our clients and partners. You will be working with a positive and experienced team to deliver the best advertising solutions for SMEs and national brand businesses and driving forward the growth of media sales in print and digital.

- Managing the sales team and all sales activities within the company.
- Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
- Creative feature planning and sales initiatives.
- Interviewing and selecting new members of the sales team.
- Carrying out sales training with sales executives.
- Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively.
- Tracking sales targets and activity key performance indicators.
- Working with key accounts to ensure retention.
- Working closely with the editorial team to develop features.
- Managing the sales process – leads and opportunity management to drive sales.
- Networking at local events and groups
- A good knowledge of life in SW London or Surrey
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales
- Target driven and able to manage individual’s performance to reach the team goals.
